Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
On-site surveys found each entity to be in compliance
with the Joint Commission’s national standards
for home care organizations and long-term facilities.
Founded in 1951, the Joint Commission is dedicated to
continuously improving the safety and quality of the
nation’s health care through accreditation. Choice
Healthcare provides home medical supplies and respiratory
services and is continuously striving to provide the
best possible quality of care for their patients and
the best service to their customers and long term care
facilities. Joint Commission Accreditation demonstrates
an intense commitment to this goal.
To become accredited, Choice Healthcare was evaluated
against national standards by a Joint Commission surveyor
experienced in home care. A three day survey assessed
the ability of Choice Healthcare to achieve the highest
level of performance possible, reduce patient risk for
undesirable outcomes, and create an environment for
continuous improvement.

OXYGEN & RESPIRATORY SERVICES
Oxygen must be prescribed by a physician. We use state
of the art equipment. The patient has the option of
having their oxygen delivered to them or they may
come by our retail location and pick up their equipment
personally. Choice Healthcare has specially qualified
staff to care for the needs of our oxygen patients
including highly trained full time Respiratory Therapists
and Oxygen Technicians.
Specialty Services
· We offer the convenience of having a pulse
ox per physician request overnight to monitor oxygen
levels.
· We can transfill your oxygen on site.
· Don’t let your health hold you back

for an extended period of time our staff can arrange
for oxygen for your trip.
